Requirement of Cloud OTP SMS
- Copy of valid National ID/Passport/Driving License of the Signatory.
- Copy of valid Trade license/BIN/Company TIN/Government authorization/Ministry Authorization/Gazette/UGC Authorization (whichever applicable)
- OTP API approval form (needs to be printed in company letterhead)
- Terms and conditions form must be signed and submitted along with the required documents.
- Only local OTP sms traffic allowed. Any international sms traffic is prohibited and punishable.
According to the rules of MNO, masking name or sender ID can be registered in maximum 11 alphabets.

The name of the company should be mentioned in the SMS body
You must specify the brand name or company name in your SMS body. Otherwise your message will be rejected by our system and MiMSMS will not be responsible for this problem. This can block your sender id. So follow our specific OTP template to get uninterrupted service. Our sms should not be used for any international OTP activation purpose; example: Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber etc.
